Troubleshooting guide
If you are having troubling completing the company information, then we have a few pointers that you may try before contacting support or the company you are engaging:
Step 1 - Search a company registration number
Could a company be found by searching for a company registration number? If so, continue to the next step.
If not, then there is a few things you may consider.
- Is there a different company number that you can search with?
- Please search only the number and not any symbols, special characters, etc.
- Have you selected the correct country?
Step 2 - Fill out and confirm the information
There are a few pieces of information. Firstly, there are the information relating to the company itself, being:
- Company registration number
- Company name
- Power to bind (not always present)
- Address
Then there is the information about the beneficiaries, management and legal owners. These are divided into the following categories:
- Legal owners
- Beneficial owners
- Beneficiaries
- Board of Directors
- Management
- Other controlling party
Any combination of these may be present in the company information, based on the configuration by the receiving company.
