On the conversations section, you can start conversations with your clients. When a conversation message is sent to a person, the person will receive an email (usually within 15 minutes) saying that they have received a message on the NewBanking Identity system. The person can then log in to their account and read the message.
Some things to note about the conversations section:
- You can send attachments to the other parties
- Attachments from the conversation can be tied to a user (just select the 3-dot menu option)
- You can add participants to a conversation
- You can rename the conversation (renaming the conversation will only rename the conversation for your point of view)
- You can leave the conversation
